Children Under the Age of 13

In addition, downloading, installing, or using certain Mobile Services may be prohibited or restricted by your carrier, and not all Mobile Services may work with all carriers or devices. By using the Mobile Services, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding Globalwalk SL and other entities by SMS, MMS, text message or other electronic means to your mobile device and that certain information about your usage of the Mobile Services may be communicated to us. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to promptly update your Globalwalk SL account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person that acquires your old number.

User Age Services:

The User or the User’s representative must be 18 years of age or older to order Products through the Website. By placing an Order the User or the User’s representative acknowledges that he or she is 18 years of age or older. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not authorized to use the Service, with or without registering. In addition, if you are under 18 years old, you may use the Service, with or without registering, only with the approval of your parent or guardian.

Communications:

When you visit www.glowalk.com or send e-mails to us, you consent to communicate with us electronically and agree that all such communications (including agreements, notices, disclosure, etc.) satisfy all legal requirements to be in writing. We will communicate with you by e-mail. If you do not respond to any communication related to the provision of the service within two (2) working days, we will prepare the service based on the information previously provided by you. Globalwalk SL reserves the right not to respond to any query which is not sent through the user Area. You can elect to discontinue all future correspondence from www.glowalk.com at any time by selecting the ‘Remove Your Details’ link in the user Area of our Website. Globalwalk SL will not be responsible for any loss of data or immigration advice resulting from the user selecting to unsubscribe their details.

Information Provided by the User

Globalwalk SL will use and rely on information provided by the user in the provision of the service. Globalwalk SL, will not independently verify or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information. Accordingly, the information provided by the user must be correct, including date of birth, passport details and names, etc. If the information provided by the user is not correct, the service may not be accurate. The passport should be valid for, at least, 6 months after the entry of the user into the country and if this is not possible the application will not be valid assuming the Globalwalk SL is not liable and the user is assuming the loss of the product purchase. If order is placed for a non-valid passport, as the application or order is linked to it, the application will not be valid. Any advice provided to you should not be used by any third party as each case varies depending on the particular circumstances of the applicant and the applicants family. Such action will result in an immediate breach of our Copyright terms as set out above.

Provision of Service

Upon registering your interest, you are able to purchase a service offered by us. Upon payment, our goal is to make sure service delivered to you within the time frame provided for in the service description. However, in certain cases, this may take longer, depending on the complexity of the user´s Profile. Once the service has been prepared, the user will be notified and the service will be shiped or emailed to the home address or account nominated by the user in the registration process. The service to be provided to the user may vary from time to time. The service also takes into account current and publicly available immigration legislation and policies Globalwalk SL cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy arising from changes to such legislation and policy which are not publicly available at the time the service is provided or which may occur after the service has been provided to the user. The user is encouraged to seek additional guidance from one of our Migration Consultants and/or make independent inquiries before relying on the information provided as part of the service. Once service has been provided and the user received an approved travel document, the refund is no longer possible.

Conditions of Use

User Conduct:

You are solely responsible for all code, video, images, information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (“content”) that you upload, post, publish or display (hereinafter, “upload”) or email or otherwise use via the Service. You agree not to (a) use the Service in any unlawful manner (including without limitation in violation of any data, privacy or export control laws) or in any manner that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Service or its components, or (b) modify, adapt or hack the Service to, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
